THE CHAIRMAN
HRM. KING Alfred Papapereye Diete-Spiff is a retired Naval Officer of the Nigerian Military Command and was the first Military Governor of Rivers State (1967-1975), Ship Diving Officer (1963), Diving Instructor (1964) and a qualified Master Mariner (1967). He is the Amanyanabo of Twon Brass (1978 to date). He is also the Group Chairman and Managing Director of Bereton Zenith Bereniger Group and National President, Nigerian Association of Auctioneers.

THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Paul Jegede holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and MBA from Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt. He is also an Associate Member, Institute of Shipping, Nigeria.

THE DIRECTOR
CHIEF (SIR.) EMMANUEL OZOYA EDEGHERE is an Accountant with many years of experience in Investment and Finance. He retired recently as Accounts Manager with Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited. He is currently the MD/CEO of Ozoya Investments Limited and he is also engaged in various business activities spanning transportation and haulage, oil services, and consulting. Chief Edeghere is a Director in several other companies.

THE DIRECTOR
DR. VICTOR ABAYOMI KOLEADE is an experienced professional Engineer and holds a Doctorate Degree in Engineering. He retired as the general Manager/Director from Nigerian Agip Oil Company Ltd.
Currently, he is the chairman of VAKT Nigeria Limited and World Wide Oilfield Services Limited, a Director of Frontier Oil Ltd.

THE DIRECTOR 
Benson O. Awomewe studied Applied Geology with honours at bachelor's level and undertook courses at Post Graduate level in Petroleum laws & Policy. He has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry where he served as Field Service Engineer with Baker Hughes Inteq (formely Teleco-Sonat) and Database/Project Management Consultant with Shell Oil among others. He was appointed a Business Ambassador to Austria by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in 1998. Benson Awomewe is currently our Group Executive Director. 

THE DIRECTOR
Dr Ogbuagu holds a Ph.D in Intercontinental Shipping Economics and Policy from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Britain, in 1988. In 1983, he obtained an M.Sc degree in International Shipping from University of Plymouth, England. He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from London School of Trade, London in 1981. He had worked with various companies before joining the Company as a Director.

THE DIRECTOR
Oladapo Akinloye Daniel holds a M.sc Degree in Transport from Ogun State University. He worked for several years with Depkol Engineering Nig. Ltd. where he rose to the post of Project Manager. He joined Japaul Plc in 1998 as General Manager (Operations), and was elected into the Board in May, 2008 as Executive Director - Operations. Mr Oladapo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London and a fellow of the Nigerian institute of Shipping.

THE DIRECTOR
Dotun Oluwole is a graduate of Accountancy from the University of Lagos and a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has working with Akintola Williams, Delloitte Touche & Co. (Chartered Accountancy) before moving to the Oil & Gas Industry. He was the finance and Administrative Manager of a Ship Repairer?Ship Consultant Company before joining Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc in 2005 as a Finance Manager. he is presently the Executive Director Finance and Admin of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.

THE DIRECTOR
Justice Mamman Nasir (RTD), GCON (Galadiman Katsina) Studied Latin from the University College Ibadan and attended Council of Legal Education School of Law (London). He is a member Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and attended Legal Courses at the Temple London.

He has held several positions; in 1956 he was appointed as the People Crown Counsel before he rose to the Senior Crown Counsel in 1957. In 1961-1966 he became the Northern Nigeria Minister of Justice. In 1966-1967 Private Legal Practice (Mamman Nasir & Co.). In 1968 he was appointed Solicitor General North Central State Govt. before he became Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice North Central Government in 1969-1975.He was later appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1975-1978 and the President of the Federal Court of Appeal in 1978-1992 before he Ascended to the Throne of Galadiman Katsina to date.

 
He was a recipient of National Honours and Awards: Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), Grand Commander of the order of the Niger (GCON), Honourary Doctorate Degree (LLD), Fellow Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Member Body of Benchers and one time Chairman Body of Benchers.

 
He has held several Adhoc Appointments: Chairman Investigation of Assets of Northern Nigeria Marketing Board, Chairman Boundary Adjustment Commission, Chairman Committee on Administration of Federal Capital Territory, Deputy Chairman Constitutional Conference, Chairman Transition Implementation Committee and Trustee Katsina State Development Fund till date. And presently he is a Member of Board of Director Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.
